What meal plans do you offer, and what do they include?
We offer meal plans for 2 days and 3 days. Each of these plans includes both lunch and dinner options, and our menu changes daily to provide a fresh, diverse, and health-promoting journey.
Do you offer any discounts for long-term subscriptions? Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, we offer a special discount for subscribers who subscribe for a minimum of 2 weeks. When you subscribe for 2 weeks, you will receive a 10% discount on your meal deliveries. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription after the first 2 weeks without any additional commitment.
Can I swap my meal if there's something I don't want to eat?
Yes, we are in the process of implementing a meal swap feature to enhance your customisation options. In the meantime, if you wish to swap a particular meal, simply follow these steps:
- Cart Comments Section: During your order process, please provide information about the meal you'd like to swap and your preferred substitute in the cart comments section.
- Email Us: Alternatively, you can send an email to hello@wildharvestco.com.au with details about the meal you want to swap and your preferred replacement. Our team will do their best to fulfill your request.
Is all the packaging environmentally friendly?
Yes, our packaging is designed with sustainability in mind. All of our packaging materials are recyclable through standard curbside recycling programs, making it convenient for you to dispose of them responsibly. We are committed to minimising our environmental footprint and ensuring that our packaging aligns with eco-friendly practices.
What sets Wild Harvest Co. apart from other meal delivery services?
We are dedicated to offering real, wholesome food that is not only delicious but also at its peak nutrition. Our meals contain no preservatives, additives, or refined sugars. They are rooted in nutrition science, providing both flavor and health benefits. Additionally, we cater to specific dietary preferences, including plant-based, gluten-free, and dairy-free options.
In contrast to many food delivery services, we avoid using Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP). We prioritise transparency and delivering food at its freshest state.
Do you offer any non-plant-based options?
No, our menu is exclusively plant-based. We are committed to providing wholesome, natural, and environmentally-conscious meal options.
Are your meals suitable for individuals with food allergies?
Our meals are gluten-free and dairy-free, and we take allergen considerations seriously. Please check our ingredient labels and reach out to our team for specific allergen inquiries.
What is the shelf life of your meals?
Our meals are made fresh and designed to be consumed within 5 days of delivery. We don't use artificial preservatives, so please refer to the labels for specific expiration dates.
How do I reheat the meals?
Our meals are ready-made and fresh. For those that require reheating, follow the instructions on the packaging. Typically, you can use a microwave, cooktop, or oven, depending on the meal, to ensure the best taste and texture.
Delivery
When can I expect my meal deliveries?
For our 2 and 3 day plans, meal deliveries are scheduled for Wednesdays. This ensures that your meals are super fresh and ready to enjoy midweek. For our 5 day plans, you can expect deliveries on both Wednesdays and Fridays to maintain the highest level of freshness and variety.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver our fresh meals to Southeast Queensland. Please check if we deliver to your area by using the postcode checker on the product page (here).
What if I'm not home during the delivery time?
If you're not home during your scheduled delivery, our driver will leave your package in a designated safe spot or follow any specific delivery instructions you've provided. Rest assured, our packaging includes recyclable insulated pads and ice gel packs to ensure the freshness of your meals. These measures are designed to maintain the quality and safety of your food until it can be stored in your refrigerator.
Do you offer contactless delivery?
Yes, we provide contactless delivery options to ensure the safety and convenience of our customers. You can specify your preference during checkout.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, there is a flat-rate delivery fee of $10 for all orders. We aim to provide transparent pricing while ensuring the convenience of our delivery service.

Are your natural supplements organic?
We believe in providing high-quality, natural supplements to our customers. While some of our supplements are 100% organic, others may be made with 90% organic ingredients. In some cases, non-organic ingredients may be used when the quality of the organic ones is inferior or unavailable. However, we prioritize using natural, safe, and high-quality ingredients that have been shown to provide health benefits.
Are your products safe for people with special dietary concerns?
Wild Harvest Co products are made from 100% natural ingredients. They are plant-based, gluten-free (except Lactation Blend), dairy-free, and soy-free, with no processed sugar or anything artificial.
I am breastfeeding. Are Wild Harvest Co safe for me to consume?
Although our products are 100% natural and there is no research indicating that the ingredients in our supplements may cause harm during pregnancy or breastfeeding, it's always recommended to consult with a healthcare practitioner before taking any new supplement. Are your supplements safe for children to consume?
We take pride in our supplements being 100% natural, free of additives, preservatives, and harmful ingredients. How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time for all orders is typically 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. While standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, delivery to Western Australia may take 7-15 days. However, we do offer expedited shipping options to ensure faster delivery. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. A flat rate of either $10.00 for standard shipping or $14.95 for express shipping is charged for all orders.
Does Wild Harvest Co ship internationally?

Where do you deliver?
We deliver our products Australia wide. Currently, we do not deliver internationally, but we hope to be able to serve our international customers in the future.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact info@wildharvestco.com.au for assistance, as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and either replace the damaged items or issue a refund, in accordance with our refund policy.
What happens if I'm not home when my package is delivered?
If you are not home when your package is delivered, the delivery person will leave the package in a safe place at your address. If you have specific delivery instructions or concerns, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?
